The first Sri Lankan woman appointed Country Director for Coca-Cola in the region. Sixteen years building brands and leading teams through some of the hardest conditions Sri Lankan corporate history has seen.

Today she runs Soul Grow Consulting, coaches leaders, and is building a retreat concept rooted in Sri Lanka. She reads tarot, studies Vedic astrology, and will recommend breathwork in the same breath as a brand framework.

Anushka has lived across five countries on three continents and studied at Mount Holyoke and Stanford before completing a Master’s in Education at Harvard. She has consulted for the World Bank, launched a startup in South America, and worked across education, social impact and entrepreneurship. She is also a mother of two.

Her interests centre on human flourishing, social-emotional learning and wellbeing. She is especially curious about the ways food, art and beauty can enrich everyday life and contribute to connection, meaning and flourishing.
