She’s led brand and business strategy at scale — rebuilding a national brand through a genuine crisis, then running a full market for a global multinational. And she’s done serious, structured work on leadership and human behaviour — the part of the business most strategy work leaves out.
That combination is the point of Soul Grow: she’s sat on both sides of the table — as the executive who has to make the numbers work, and as the person who understands that no strategy survives contact with a leader or a culture that hasn’t done the internal work to hold it.
Soul Grow exists because she kept seeing that gap, in her own career and in the organisations around her, and decided it was worth building a practice specifically to close it.
